Cornwall Services will be home to first Holiday Inn Express in Cornwall
Recent visitors to Cornwall Services will have noticed that work is now underway to build our brand new hotel.
Forming part of Cornwall Services’ phase two development, the hotel will be a franchise of Holiday Inn Express and will be the first of its kind in Cornwall.
Designed for the smart traveller, the new hotel will have 71, clean, comfortable rooms with free Wi-Fi and flat screen TVs. It will also boast a bar and eating area, serving breakfast and light meals.
Due to the Cornwall Services’ central location on the A30 between Exeter and Penzance, it will be a handy stop-off for a wide range of both leisure and business travellers.
As part of phase two development, Cornwall Services will also be upgrading its HGV shower block and looking to create a dog walking area.
The hotel is due to open by the end of this year. It is not currently taking reservations, but we will let you know as soon as booking opens – watch this space!
